Semi-soft
Clear amber flesh with a honey finish. The classic export date, sold on the branch or loose.

The grove
Deglet Nour ripens slowly under the Biskra sun, watered from deep oasis wells.
The harvest
From October to December, climbers cut whole bunches by hand and lower them gently.
Sorting and packing
We sort by size, colour and moisture, then pack on the branch, loose or in retail boxes, as you ask.
Cold chain
The dates rest in cold rooms, then travel in refrigerated containers kept near 0 °C.
The Algerian port
Loaded at Algiers or Skikda, with the phytosanitary certificate and certificate of origin ready before sailing.
Europe and Asia
Unloaded at the port you choose, from Marseille and Rotterdam to Dubai, Mumbai and Shanghai.
